Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to run a safe, licensed venue — and nothing else.
What we collect
A first name (or nickname) and a phone number, so we can confirm your booking and send a payment link.
A photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie, used only to confirm you are 18 or over and that the ID belongs to you.
Your chosen session, extras, date and time, plus any discount code used.
Anonymous page-visit counts (a random session identifier and the page path) so we can see how busy the site is. No cookies for advertising, no third-party trackers.
Why we collect it
To operate and confirm your booking, to meet our licensing obligation to verify age, to take payment, and to keep the venue safe.
How long we keep it
ID and selfie photos are stored in encrypted private storage, are visible only to venue staff, and are deleted once verification is complete or within 30 days at the latest.
Booking records are retained for up to 12 months for licensing, safeguarding and accounting purposes, then deleted.
Visit statistics are aggregated and contain no personal information.
Who can see it
Only authorised venue staff. We never sell or share your data with advertisers. Payment is handled by our payment provider, who receives only the information needed to process the transaction.
We will disclose information where we are legally required to, for example a valid police request.
Discretion
No personal information appears on your booking reference. The check-booking page shows only status, date and time — never your name, phone number or chosen options.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Quote your booking reference and we will action deletion requests within 30 days.
